CDK concentrates in the selected tender market and values amongst its clients many educational and medical institutions both in the public and private sectors. The company aim s to build long term relationships with its clients based on professional competence, trust, the highest ethical standards and teamwork. The directors believe that the key to a successful project outcome is the adoption of a non confrontational attitude from the outset, a concept which at times seems to have been forgotten in our highly litigious and union dominated industry. We aim to blend into the project team comprising client, consultants and users with the main focus being the delivery of a professionally constructed building to the highest standard within the contract time and budget.

The company has a policy of ensuring all staff members and employees are trained in the practice of Occupational Health and Safety to the levels demanded of the building and construction industry and are kept up to date with the ever changing and evolving codes of practice and regulations as these are developed. Any changes to our O.H. & S. Policy are considered at company board level monthly with remedies and continual improvement as the company's primary objective.
