Company Overview
CDK Commercial Construction Pty Ltd (CDK) commenced in 2003 as a new venture for directors Gerry Cudmore, Julian de Kretser and Peter Day. This was the culmination of a 30 year partnership, which began at Prentice Builders in the 1970s, and continued in the 1990s with the formation of CDK Tectonics Ltd which was listed on the ASX in 1997.

Gerry Cudmore Gerry completed an Associate Diploma of Quantity Surveying at RMIT and worked initially as a quantity surveyor for 6 years at Cameron & Middleton Quantity Surveyors in Melbourne and Canberra. |

Peter Day, MAIB Peter studied a Diploma of Building at RMIT, winning the AIB award for top full time student. He went on to further studies completing a Diploma of Building Project Management at Footscray Institute. |

Julian de Kretser Upon graduating with his Associate Diploma of Building at RMIT, Julian commenced work at Prentice Builders, where in 17 years he went from Estimating/ Contract Administration to Project Manager and then a Director of the company. |
